Our Services
We have two types of office locations. One type offers Commissioner for Oaths services, for documents to be used only within Alberta. Our other offices are Notary Public offices, intended for documents to be used either within Alberta OR outside Alberta/Canada. Notaries can also make true copies of documents.
All of our offices can witness documents, and administer oaths and statutory declarations.

Rates
Our rates are competitive with other notary and commissioner for oaths services. Our rates differ slightly depending on the city and services offered. Our standard rates are for notarizations, commissionings, and true copies.
For real estate transactions in which the notary is acting as an 'agent' and will be reviewing the documents with you in detail, different rates may apply. Click on your city above for information specific to your location.
